Today we celebrated World Lupus Day by participating in a nationwide coffee morning!
We pumped up the purple to help raise awareness of Lupus, an autoimmune disease affecting over 5 million people worldwide. The team ventured deep into their wardrobes to find something purple to wear… and even if they didn’t own as much purple as they thought, the coffee was no problem!
Our Lupus Day celebrations were part of our calendar of disease awareness events, reminding us why we work in this industry that strives to improve the care of people living with disease.
