emotive Leadership Team share their views on being part of Synaptiq Health


Recently, emotive announced that they are now part of Synaptiq Health – a collection of best-in-class agencies and consultancies delivering integrated market research, communications and access services. This new approach allows emotive’s clients to benefit from the full range of expertise from respective fields across the group. It also brings benefits and opportunities for emotive team members, to learn, grow and potentially work in new disciplines and geographies. 

We asked the emotive Leadership Team how they feel about being part of Synaptiq Health.  

VP Medical, Lisa, said, “Being part of Synaptiq Health will help us collectively meet our clients’ needs in a more streamlined way, providing them with the services they need from companies that really understand complex medicines in the rare disease space.”

Client Services Director, Andy, agreed; “Collaboration is key when it comes to meeting our clients’ wider objectives. Often agencies and departments focus on the individual medical or marketing challenge, but it’s all connected to a much wider and more challenging environment, where collaboration between different groups of experts in their fields working together can really add value”. 

How do you feel about the collection having a much wider global footprint 

Client Services Director, Anjani, said, “I feel excited about Synaptiq Health’s wider global footprint and our clients are too! It means we can have more face-to-face time with them, which is so valuable in driving their strategies and activities for the year. For the team, it opens up the opportunity to learn about different markets within healthcare communications and to really understand the positive global impact of the work they are doing on a daily basis.”
